Intro to IT Support Specialist

Upon successful completion of this program, students will develop the technical knowledge and practical skills necessary for entry-level employment as an IT Support Specialist. Students will learn computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity, software installation, troubleshooting techniques, customer service, and help desk operations. Through hands-on training and real-world scenarios, students will demonstrate the ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues, support end users, configure computer systems, and maintain secure and efficient technology environments.
