Our Workforce Preparation Courses are classes that assist students with workforce skills developed through applied learning that strengthen and reinforce an individual's academic knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving, and work ethic to develop the employability, occupational skills, and management of home and work responsibilities. Workforce preparation skills also provide the knowledge, skills, and competencies that, when developed and demonstrated, prepare individuals to obtain or retain employment or to advance in the workforce.
